Do you only work with businesses in Tampa Bay?

No. Our office is in Wesley Chapel and most of our clients are in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Hernando counties, but we help businesses across Florida by phone, text and video. If your city isn’t listed, call or text 813-302-7151.

Does the county where my truck is parked change my price?

Yes, it can. Carriers rate each vehicle by where it is parked at night, so the same truck may price differently in Tampa than in Dade City. In our quotes, whole commercial auto policies have run $1,000 to $42,000 a year in Hillsborough and $2,000 to $36,000 a year in Pasco (price guide).

I work in several counties. Which address do I use?

Use the address where each vehicle is parked overnight, and tell us every county you regularly drive in. If a truck is kept at a different yard or at an employee’s home, list that address for that truck.

My crew drives from Pasco into Tampa every day. Does that matter?

Yes. Your usual and longest trips set the radius the carrier rates. If you tell us 25 miles but your drivers cross the bay every day, the quote may change later, so give us the real routes up front.

Can you insure one work truck, or does it have to be a fleet?

One truck is fine. Many of our clients have one or two vehicles, and you can add more to the same policy as you grow.

What do I need to send for a quote?

Your business name and type of work, each vehicle’s VIN and parking address, every driver’s name, birth date and license number, your current declarations page, and any insurance requirements from your customers or contracts.
